Klei Technologies (“us”, “we”, or “our”) is a registered trade name of Glance Software, LLC. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you visit https://www.kleitechnologies.com (the “Site”) or submit a briefing request through our lead forms.

By using the Site, you agree to this policy. Binding client engagements are governed by a separate engagement letter or services agreement, not by this page alone.

Information we collect

Information you provide

When you request a briefing or otherwise contact us, we may collect your name, company, email address, phone number, the focus of your inquiry, and any details you choose to include.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting and security infrastructure may log standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, referring URL, pages requested, and timestamps. That log data is used for operations, security, and troubleshooting.

How we use information

  • To respond to briefing requests and other inquiries
  • To operate, secure, and improve the Site
  • To send transactional or follow-up messages related to your request
  • Where appropriate and permitted, to share firm updates or service information; you may opt out of marketing email at any time
  • To comply with law and enforce our terms

Lead forms

Briefing requests submitted through Site forms are processed by FormSubmit, a third-party service that delivers the information you enter (such as name, company, email, phone, focus, and message details) to our office at [email protected]. FormSubmit’s own privacy practices are described on its website. We use spam-prevention measures on lead forms to reduce automated abuse.

Analytics and measurement

We use Google Tag Manager to understand how visitors use the Site. Google Tag Manager may load Google Analytics and similar Google measurement tools. Those tools may collect usage information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device or browser type, how you arrived at the Site, and whether you complete actions like submitting a briefing request. We do not currently use Matomo, Meta Pixel, or similar advertising pixels on this Site. If we add other measurement tools, we will update this policy.

Cookies

Essential cookies or similar storage may be used for Site operation and security, including spam prevention on forms. Analytics tools, when used, may also set cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking some cookies may affect forms or measurement.

Sharing of information

We may share Personal Data with:

  • FormSubmit, as described above, to deliver lead submissions
  • Google, for Google Tag Manager and related measurement tools
  • Service providers who help us host, secure, or operate the Site, under appropriate obligations
  • Authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety, or security
  • A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, with notice where required

We do not sell your Personal Data.

Retention

We retain inquiry and related records for as long as needed to respond to you, manage a relationship, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Technical logs are kept for a shorter operational period unless security or legal needs require longer retention.

Security

We use commercially reasonable measures to protect Personal Data. No internet transmission or electronic storage method is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

The Site is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

Your choices and rights

You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of Personal Data we hold about you, subject to applicable law. Residents of the EEA and other jurisdictions may have additional rights under local privacy law. You may also unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in those messages or by emailing us.

Do Not Track: browsers may send a DNT signal; the Site does not currently respond to DNT in a specialized way.

International transfers

We are based in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, information you submit may be transferred to and processed in the United States.

Links

The Site may link to third-party sites. Their privacy practices are their own; review their policies before providing information.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy by posting a revised version on this page and updating the effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
